EPILUMINEX® MESOBIOTIX MD
EPIGENETIC LIGHT REPROGRAMMING PROGRAM
Sequential clinical system for melasma and complex hyperpigmentation
is a four-phase topical clinical system designed for the comprehensive management of epidermal and mixed melasma, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), solar lentigines, and uneven tone associated with photoaging.
It is not a conventional cosmetic brightener.
It is a sequential therapeutic architecture that simultaneously intervenes in:
– Melanin synthesis.
– Inflammatory and vascular signaling.
– Melanosome transfer.
– Oxidative stress induced by UV and visible light.
– Skin barrier integrity.
– Prevention of pigmentary rebound.
It integrates active ingredients with the greatest current scientific backing in non-hydroquinone depigmentation, including:
– Cysteamine
– Tranexamic Acid
– Thiazolyl-Resorcinol (Thiamidol-type family)
– 4-Butylresorcinol
– Hexylresorcinol
– Azelaic Acid
– Niacinamide
– N-Acetyl Glucosamine
– Melanogenic precursor modulators (Melanin Pathway Interceptor Technology)
– Advanced antioxidant complex
– Retinoids
– Mesobiotix® biomimetic epigenetic complex
–PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotides)
–DEOXYARBUTIN (Advanced generation of arbutin)
CLINICAL INDICATIONS
– Epidermal and mixed melasma.
– Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (post-acne, post-procedure).
– Solar lentigines.
– Dyschromia due to photo-damage.
– Uneven or dull tone.
– Patients with a tendency to pigmentary rebound.
It can be used as a primary treatment in mild-moderate cases or as support after procedures once the skin is fully re-epithelialized.
